By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging Light Masters Pro through this website or by phone, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not request service.

Light Masters Pro provides full-service Christmas light installation, including supplying lights and materials, professional installation, in-season maintenance, takedown and removal, and off-season storage. The specific scope of your service is defined in your firm, itemized quote provided after an on-site walkthrough.

Quotes provided after an on-site walkthrough are firm and itemized for the scope described. Any change to the requested scope (added features, additional roofline, etc.) may change the price, which will be confirmed with you before work proceeds. We do not offer financing; payment terms are confirmed at booking.

Install, maintenance, and takedown visits are scheduled with you and depend on weather and access. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property, roofline, gutters, and power sources needed to perform the work.

We install using non-damaging clips and hand-remove all materials at takedown. We take care to protect your roof, gutters, shingles, and landscaping. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our installation or removal process, please contact us immediately at (516) 269-2292 so we can assess and address it.

Lights and materials supplied by us remain our property when included in the full-service package and are returned to our off-season storage after takedown. You are responsible for any product you specifically request to use that you already own.

To cancel or reschedule a visit, please call (516) 269-2292 as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits or scheduling fees, will be confirmed with you at booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Light Masters Pro's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
